How can I start working with you?

Hi there! If this is your first time reaching out, just go to my contact page.  I will follow up with you to schedule a call.

Do I have to be local?

No. I work with clients all over the US.  I use different methods of communication like email, video and audio platforms.  This makes me available to meet you where you are comfortable. 

Are any services covered by health insurance or an HSA/FSA account?

I do not bill your insurance or provide any documentation to insurance companies.  Since health insurance coverage is ever changing, it is up to you to contact your carrier to determine if these services are reimbursable or if there are any incentives provided to you. In talking with clients, many carriers encourage their insureds to utilize health coaches and some have a portion reimbursed. I also encourage you to speak with your employer and human resource office.
